Hypnosis is a natural state of deep relaxation and focused attention that we all experience in everyday life, such as when we are absorbed in a film or TV programme. In hypnotherapy, this very relaxed state is used to access your subconscious mind and help you make positive changes.

During a hypnotherapy session, you will sit comfortably while I guide you into a relaxed state of hypnosis. You will always remain in control and will be able to hear everything that I say. Once you are in this relaxed state, I will use various techniques to help you access your subconscious mind and work with you to achieve your goals.

Hypnotherapy can help with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, phobias, addiction, weight loss, and smoking cessation. By accessing your subconscious mind, we can work on the root cause of your issue and create positive change from within. Hypnotherapy can also be used to enhance performance in areas such as sports, public speaking, and academic performance.

Many clients begin to feel benefit from hypnotherapy quickly, often after one session, but it may take several sessions to achieve your desired outcome. However, most people find hypnotherapy to be a very effective form of therapy, as it allows them to tap into their inner resources and make positive changes that can last a lifetime.

I work with adults (18+). I usually work face-to-face for hypnotherapy sessions and have rooms in Cheshire or Birmingham. The fee for hypnotherapy is £80 per 90-minute session.
